WASHINGTON, DC – Terminus Solutions is proud to partner with Prometheus Federal Services, who have been awarded the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Integrated Critical Staffing Program (ICSP) contract, helping deliver world-class care for our country's veterans.

PFS's involvement in this $23 billion multi-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract provides us with the opportunity to serve as a key partner to VHA in resolving temporary staffing shortages.

Through ICSP, we will collaborate within PFS's talented partner network to facilitate the placement of clinical, non-clinical, and programmatic support services across the Veteran Integrated Service Network and VA medical facilities nationwide. We will be responsible for supporting the entire temporary workforce lifecycle, from recruitment and qualification to placement and management, enabling VHA to meet urgent workforce demands and ensuring essential program requirements are fulfilled at sites of care nationwide.

Greg Smallwood, PFS’s Chief Executive Officer, expresses gratitude for our ongoing partnership with VHA, emphasizing the significance of this opportunity to improve the quality of care and timely access for our nation’s Veterans: “This expansion of our healthcare staffing capabilities marks an exciting next phase in PFS’s journey. The hope of making meaningful impacts across the healthcare system, in collaboration with passionate, mission-oriented program offices and industry partners, drives our excitement. We are eager to get started.”

Driven by our commitment to improving the healthcare services for Veterans, families, and caregivers, PFS is working diligently with VA across many of their enterprise initiatives. Our goal is to ensure that Veterans receive the care they earned and deserve, reflecting our passion and dedication to helping our clients serve their mission.
